Please join us on August 27th from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm for a virtual meeting on “Invest now in Training without a Drain on Your Budget”. This is a FREE presentation for our members as well as any guests who would like to attend

It seems counter intuitive; spending money on training when revenue and profits are down. In this session we will look at how offering training can help with increasing the overall health of the organization, even its’ financial outlook. In addition to the organic benefits of training we will also learn more about Pennsylvania’s Workforce & Economic Development Network; a state funded program that provides money specifically for employee training. This session will be hosted by Tina Graziotto, a Master Trainer and Executive Coach from Dale Carnegie Training Reggie Overton, WEDnet Administrator.

Reginald Overton

In 2004, Reginald Overton joined CCAC as executive/college director of the college's workforce training division. In this role Mr. Overton managed a team primarily responsible for working with companies committed to the development of its personnel through customized training
programs. Mr. Overton currently is an Account Executive/Director in the Workforce Development Division at CCAC that works with economic development organizations concentrating on improving the skillsets of workers in our region and the WEDnet Partner/Administrator for CCAC. Prior to joining CCAC Mr. Overton had previously established himself as a successful client management/market development professional with Mellon Financial Corporation. During his 24-year tenure with the company, Overton increased cross department sales in addition to serving as the primary liaison for clients in the mid-Atlantic and Midwestern states. Mr. Overton's community involvement currently includes Renewal Inc., and Northway Christian Community Church. Mr. Overton lives in Pine- Richland with his wife Kwajalein and his granddaughter Brea Melissa. Mr. Overton is a graduate of Howard University with a BBA in Finance and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity, Inc.
