Looking for a good 360

Hi everyone,

I am looking for recommendations on 360 degree tools that you have used and found to be valuable. The 360s I have used have been long and cumbersome for the participants to use. They also do not always provide action-oriented recommendations for the leaders who are the subject of the survey. I would love to hear about your experiences!

How would you handle this?

I have an employee who requested FMLA, but due to a prior leave does not have any time available. She is requesting sedentary work but does not have any documentation from the Doctor that it is even necessary. Due to her job that not even an option (CNA). She has now called off for the 6th time and we are looking to terminated her for violation of the attendance policy. Do you think we are safe to term her?
